Because our products are made to order, all sales are final once production has begun.

Pre-Orders:

Pre-order items are made specifically for each customer. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production and shipping. Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email here] with photos of the issue. We will review and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages:

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly and notify us.
